@FirstSquawk It’s almost certainly false. Months in ai is a century. With that time they can hire and fire 10 groups of scientists and train 80 models. So not delayed by months. Nobody will tell you they will delay by months. Just delay.
The pricing terms is not the issue. The issue is timing. The same terms if issued a month ago would have given even less dilution. The only explanation why they have to do it now that I can think of is an equity capital call to fulfill RAST JV commitment by a deadline. Not new facility. Not additional launch capacity, neither fits the size of raise done.
@unusual_whales Since when can they shoot satellites? Both sides now just feeding shit to media now and media takes them all. Nobody in the market gives a shit now. War over. Talk some other crap!
Um the number of assumptions are too many to rely on the conclusion. Sorry bro. Basically all inputs are assumptions…just. too. Many. To have neutron fly is not a given. Neither is to have iridium sell communication services at scale. The most far fetched of all is to compare multiples with spacex which is shrinking its own multiples by the hour now.
Launch cadence. You need significant pick up in pace for a significant rerating. De-risking events are fewer and fewer , which is a good thing meaning fewer risk. However stock price sensitivity is now also lower to such events. Year end 40+ BBs should have put the stock near 200 by now. Well, now we are stuck at 20-25. Take advantage of Lower price to accumulate then. And be patient.
@kevin__mak I took a look at the comment section. SpaceX is not a good comp. The first wave of sell side reports post ipo don’t carry integrity. Tsla and asts are my biggest positions. Zero spcx. Waiting for a half price entry.
