@Eurostar @EurostarUK 10th wedding anniversary trip to Paris. Seat changed on outward and return trips so that we could not sit together. On way back to London we are not even in the same coach. Unimpressed.

@FatFace order was delivered by @Hermesparcels in dreadful condition. Parcel was soaking wet and open. Looks like it has been dropped in the rain and trodden on/run over. Fortunately the plastic bag inside protected my order but this is not impressive
