@ianvisits pretty certain this is present day Isleworth station, still alive and kicking. Osterley Park & Spring Grove was/is in more of a cutting, whereas this has the bridge over London Rd visible.

Staying at Grandmas house tonight. Gone to bed, and spilt water on presumably very old/expensive bedside table, with floor length tablecloth on. Take off cloth to dry overnight, and hope the table is ok, only to find this:
