@MercedesBenz Brought our A35 AMG into Warrington Merc for a service (we live an hours drive away). It transpired it needs 2 x front tyres but they sent the video to the wrong phone number so didn’t get it so couldn’t authorise. I’ve been sat in reception for over 4 hours now!!

#whirlpoolappliances so have an engineer booked in this morning with a 3 hour time window. It’s now 45 mins beyond the slot. Contact hotpoint/whirlpool who tell me engineer isn’t coming but they fail to inform the customer!! Shocking service

@GreeneKingIPA just took my family to your pub in churchtown for dinner and I’ve lived in the village for years. The pub was a disgrace. Plates and glasses everywhere, many stayed in situe for hours and were never removed. Glasses stacked on the bar area, it was shocking!!!
