@scottish_water recently had a plumber out to fix a leak in our house and he advised that the external stop cock needs replaced. How do I arrange this?

@ellispoint0 @davidfkey @BWallaceMP @RNinScotland @HMNBClyde @DefenceHQ You could argue either. There’s the fact that there hasn’t been a declaration of war on the UK since the beginning of CASD, but is that because of it?
As for safeguarding our interests, it’s in the form of deterrence of an external threat not coercive diplomacy.

I support the fact that nuclear deterrence which safeguards our national interests both at home and abroad is necessary. You, apparently, do not. That is your opinion, of which you are completely entitled to.
