@tomwhoscontrary For me, intra-company it is a 40% increase to the base salary. Anecdotally I’ve seen larger equity awards over here too, but I had less insight into other people’s awards in the UK.
@tomwhoscontrary There are lots of positives to the city. The pay is insanely better, and the cost of living not so much more. We also benefit from broadly domestic supply chains, so even if we were to unilaterally withdraw from any free trade agreements there would still be food and electricity.
