@sentientist@KomanderXander Lies have a way of coming out perhaps not specific numbers, but proof of dishonesty on a topic which effectively ends trust, killing the relationship.
People with high body counts are better off being honest and allowing the information to sort for partners who are ok with it.
@SamCKx@YoungBobRB Not quite.
A licenced premises can refuse any individual however if it selects those indoviduals on the basis of protected characteristics it is illegal.
A bar can't say "no blacks" but they could refuse to serve a specific black man.
@RealCLSilver@legalbytesmedia I suspect thevwide move for them would be to get all legal cases settled ASAP. But given the legal strategy to date that won't happen.
@Luca_Johnson96@fionasins_ We had DEI openly described as such in the work place since before Fiona was born.
You can tell she has never done an honest days work.
@peterrhague Fairly sure a well stocked work shop and a list of thexsteted requirements and a save prototype could be made in a day.
But there is little interest in solutions.
@ReemAmirIbrahim "The murder of George Floyd by serving police officers in the USA in 2020 was a pivotal moment for policing in the UK"
Because a US drug addict OD'ed.

@StanFBee@BettyBoochichi2 Incidentally, one thing people often don't know is many crimes actually have much lower thresholds in law than in practice (most ABH are not charged as such). It allows lower charges when the higher is excessive, but the strict criteria when needed.

@StanFBee@BettyBoochichi2 The issue here is the police seemed to have gone for the correct charge on the killer and then soft balled the family who were integral to his behaviour after.
@StanFBee@BettyBoochichi2 I disagree all he had to know is that the brother was the aggressor and the victim was not. Which would stack upto the brother arriving before the attacker removed his headdress to pretend he was attacked. Which was on CCTV. Also if he was there when the mum removed the knife...
@StanFBee@BettyBoochichi2 First off they both knowingly provided false information to the police who had a dying victim. Attempting to cover up a murder.
The brother has more serious acts. Having made a 999 call to intentionally mislead operators, preventing an ambulance being dispatched.
@apoliticaleye@Con_Tomlinson This you claiming that the CPS evidence presented at trial of the Police handcuffed the victim is an "allegation." You do know the CPS present the Police's information. So the Police are alleging that the Police handcuffed the victim.
Wrong word.

Vickrum Digwa, 23, has been found guilty of the stabbing murder of student Henry Nowak, 18, in Southampton on 3 December 2025.
His mother has been found guilty of assisting an offender when she hid the weapon, a Sikh Kirpan knife, in order to obstruct the investigation.
The incident has been the subject of much debate after it was alleged police officers handcuffed the victim as he lay injured.
@HPluckrose You are taking one interpretation of the issue. There is the claimed father asking for a specific test for his own benefit.
There is also the suggestion of doing default testing for registering births for the sake of the child and state having assurance of accurate records.
