@Delboy1978@setoacnna The legislation quoting is complete nonsense. That building code quotation is satisfied even by the strictest of readings, and councils have much bigger things to worry about re: 4 principles of licensing act than unisex toilets that have been in existence for time.
@officercocklock@setoacnna Cleaners in our office block once found the source of an ungodly smell emanating from the sanitary bin in the ladies. Someone had taken out their number two, wrapped it up and... I guess kept it in the sanitary bin for safekeeping?
