Turned my lounge room into a H.I.T. rotation. There’s a spiked ball in the middle for in-planks/out-planks. The two black ribbed Air discs are hella versatile. Squats. Push ups. Crunches.. some weird workouts lol I got air current from cold night air well.. morning cool air and a heater on the opposite side with a fan to circulate the heat/cold discrepancy. Best part.
