@tescomobile Hi @tescomobile why is there no acknowledgment or customer support for what you describe as a global issue in porting a number over for a new contract with Tesco Mobile? 4 weeks we have been waiting with NO Support/contact/help and no mobile number to use. Joke.

Was your issue ever resolved regarding your porting your number to Tesco mobile? I’m getting the same issue - it’s 10 days now and no one is willing to communicate anything to me at @tescomobile just wasted another 3 hours on their chat for the second time this week!
@UberUKsupport You’re not happy to help though. You are anything but. The objective appears to be to make it as hard as possible to pursue refunds, overcharges missing items and all other delivery issues which is your one job.
@UberUKsupport Too late. You don’t help without jumping through hoops and put all the onus on the customer to chase and resolve the issue. If you wanted you could find my order number instead of pretending to care.
@UberUKsupport I have and did and after 10 messages and hours of my time I finally got you to resolve it. But it shouldn’t have to take this, you need proper customer support. Which I will continue to highlight,

@ubereats_uk It’s probably ordered 1 week ago - service & support from UberEats UK is dreadful. No one wants to talk to me about why I was refunded only £1 for a missing item worth £10 and then charged a tip 3 times for the privilege of not receiving it. Joke.
@McDonaldsUK Looks good - but don’t order from @ubereats_uk as you’ll never receive it and waste days trying (failing) to get a refund as well as being charged 3 times for a tip.
@UberUKsupport @sunshineyday88 This response is always sent to make it look like they are doing something. But they never do. They’ll mis deliver and steal your money and then it’s impossible to contact them.
@arshavin_rp@TrulyBees@ubereats_uk Quite true. @ubereats_UK will look like they are investigating but will just end up with a standard BOT answer. Always judge a company by its Customer Service - and see if you can find a Customer Service number for them…
