@bsnl_care Finally @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate closed complaint again without any solution it shows ki regional authority not serious, @JM_Scindia and @PemmasaniOnX doing well, but on ground @BSNL_HP team not #bsnl, thanx aab mere near k sare bsnl se port out kr rahe hai lagbhag 20 numbers

@bsnl_care Still not solved see main hiway se Sirf 300 mtr par open area hai fir bhi no signal, @bsnl_care @BSNL_HP aapke sabandit team Sirf kursi todne ka kaam karti hai no field work, even no call to me, sarkari naukri ka galat fayda utha rahi hai aisa lag raha hai @JM_Scindia help

Thank you for the response, but this is a serious and repeated issue. Vendors are clearly IRCTC-authorized, not outsiders. I have multiple video proofs showing the same vendors operating.
Strict action is required, including suspension/cancellation of the vendor’s licence

I am facing issue in receivig call in my area, although there is signal still some one call call is not received by my end, and even main problem is at receiving OTP of banks, as other number is receiving OTP but #bsnl number not receiving. @BSNL_HP @bsnl_care #complaint #urgent
