Did you know that Alzheimer’s develops every 65 seconds, and nearly two-thirds of those affected are women?
It’s time we talk about why this statistic isn’t getting more attention. 🧠
Shoutout to @louisanicola_ for bringing this critical issue to light. Alzheimer’s is a growing concern, especially for women, and we all need to be more aware of why this is happening. 💡 #AlzheimersAwareness#WomensHealth
@louisanicola_ Thank you for bringing this to the forefront. Your new series: A Women’s Guide to Alzheimer’s Disease is absolutely fantastic! You narrowed down Alzheimer’s disease to “a reduction in cerebral blood flow” and explained how vital synaptic plasticity is! Waiting for the next one.
We’re loving this! @shengwangtime Gave it a try this weekend while walking our pup. I may have given our neighbors a good laugh while doing it, and enjoyed the endorphins myself. I’d say it was a win.
Well @StuartMcMillan1 uses skipping drills to make Olympic Track & pro athletes run faster and win world titles but @shengwangtime teaches it to bolster mental health. A new era is upon us.
Here is what’s on our radar this week.

🌟 Tiny Habits, Big Changes 🌟
I recently came across this thought-provoking insight from James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits—a book that has completely changed how I think about personal growth. 📚
Over time, those little changes added up to a healthier routine that actually sticks! 🙌
✨ What about you?
•What’s one small habit you’ve implemented that’s made a big impact on your life?
•Or, is there a habit you’ve been meaning to start but haven’t yet?
This got me thinking about my own habits. One big one I needed to change was mindless snacking. 🍿 It wasn’t easy, but I started small—keeping healthier options on hand, setting specific meal times, and being more mindful of why I was reaching for food.
Clear reminds us: “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” 💡
This hit me hard because so often, we focus on the big picture but forget that the small, consistent actions are what truly create lasting results.
