Today makes it exactly a month I mistakenly transferred N23,000 to the @uber ride I took on the 23nd of January , instead of N2,300. All efforts to reach Adekunle Ige the driver have proved abortive through @uber. What a traumatic day as I was stranded in church with my son.

@Uber_Support @Uber I booked a pick up and deliver and your app rerouted the rider to another area . I still booked a pick up few days ago with no issues now rider is telling me I have to pay for you error?? How is OJODU the same as ILASAMAJA!??? In this hard economy??

@Uber_Support you need to do something about your app and your riders ripping people off. Most of my complaints on this app are about Uber, both delivery and rides!!! @Uber today it's another problem!!! I booked a pick up and your app rerouted the rider.

Please can someone explain to me why @Uber_Support dispatch riders increase fairs as opposed to what's on the app as at the time of booking? Especially for short distances..this is happening too often!!

@boltapp you need to do something about your delivery riders. A package was picked from ojodu going to lekki. For the past hour rider is seen at Mushin on the app! Package is urge.tly needed which is why I opted for bolt delivery!!
