That you like addressing issues immediately doesn’t mean others have to. Your coping mechanism is personal to you.

A person choosing to be incommunicado till have have dealt internally with how you wrong them before choosing to speak to you, is valid like mad.

You clam they are being manipulative by ‘keeping malice’ but you’re the one being manipulative by wanting someone you offended to want to speak to you in your own time of convenience as against theirs.

Two developers had 2 weeks to build a multiple vendor e-commerce website.

Both were under pressure.
Both finished before the deadline.
Both felt like legends.

Then deployment came.

One deployed smoothly.

The other got stuck fixing bugs for 2 extra days.

Legend has it, he’s still arguing with his terminal.

Why?

He used plain JavaScript, and JavaScript kept quiet while he was committing crimes.

Wrong data type? Silent.
Missing property? Silent.
Function receiving nonsense? Silent.

JavaScript was just watching him like a girlfriend who loves him for his money.

The other guy used TypeScript.

TypeScript kept yelling like a strict mother:

“Fix this.”
“This value is wrong.”
“That property does not exist.”
“You’re passing the wrong type.”

Annoying? Yes.

Useful? Very.

By deployment, most small errors had already been caught.

That’s when I understood the real difference between JavaScript and TypeScript.

Make up is good as an enhancer. Some people just need a little touch up and you can feel the sun residing in their smile.

I do not get the obsession during celebrations like birthdays and weddings where you overdo the make up to the point we dont even recognize you. And then, you look less beautiful than you do on normal day.

I don't get it. Always feels like the celebration is for the make up, not you.

You people don’t even think of the possible circumstances around the reason people don’t care about their birthday. Bruh my 18yrs living with my parents not once’s did I celebrate my birthday, no new things nothing, just like a regular day. I’m not wired to care about birthday.

my 14th birthday, i realized the pattern how my birthday as been going, noticed people, no one cared about that day, no one wished me it was just a normal day for everyone & me till i reach certain stage i can do things for myself. I have been wired not to care at all. I’m not being nonchalant, I just don’t feel the thrill like y’all do.
