Got my refund next day after phoning for 36hrs. The lady I spoke to was so nice. got such a shock at getting through. refunded in 7-10 days. Refunded next day very happy, so stick with phoning to get a satisfactory outcome. Well done Tui which is a horrendous time for you 😗

Really annoyed with Ticketmaster. I ordered tickets for my sons birthday gift to Jools Holland show in Aberdeen tomorrow. Customer services was useless all they could say was the tickets were printed in October couldn't tell me if they've been posted. So annoyed and stressed.
