I have to increase EMI amount for which I've email on 9th Feb but as per telephonic discussion u have not received the mail.
So on request to take it on phone, its not allowed as per your system.

@MSEDCL happy that you accepted that you don't have a meter from more than a month. Please atleast can you tell me when you will receive the meter because to be patient is very easy to say but from last 2 month ur charging me the double my average bill which use to come earlier
