I’m a solo developer from India, and I’m looking for guidance from @AppleSupport / @Apple.

A few months ago, my Apple Developer Program account was suspended due to a policy-related concern. I respect Apple’s rules and the importance of keeping the App Store safe and trusted.

The difficult part is that I still don’t clearly understand what corrective action I can take. I submitted an appeal, but I have not been able to get further guidance, and now I’m also unable to properly access the support links/forms again.

This has been very hard for me personally. I lost my job on 28 February, and I was trying to rebuild my career by investing my time and effort into developing apps as an independent developer.

I’m not asking Apple to ignore any policy issue. I’m only asking for a fair chance to understand the concern and fix anything that may have been wrong — whether it was related to app functionality, metadata, privacy details, account information, or any other compliance issue.

If anyone from Apple Developer Support can help me reach the correct team or guide me on the next step, I would be truly grateful.

I want to continue building responsibly and fully comply with Apple’s policies.

I’ve built 30–40 Flutter apps, many live on App Store & Play Store.
Worked with Firebase, FCM, payments (Stripe/Razorpay), WebRTC, gRPC, WebSockets, and more.
Put in so much time and effort… but still getting zero responses from companies.
Honestly, starting to feel lost.
