Flew @airindiain DEL to SFO. Wonderful flight: Delayed by 13 hours, so I had more time with family. Food was inedible, so I ate less. Seat next to me was broken and unoccupied, so I had more room to stretch. In-flight entertainment did not work, so I slept more.😐

I was on the AI flight from Chicago to Delhi.The entertainment systems weren’t working. It’s a 14.5 hour flight and many people like me are traveling with lots of anxiety. I was told, the technical officer will fix it soon. Who sadly never turned up till we landed @airindiain

You buy stuff online from Forever21. One item goes missing. You call customer care and they politely tell you‘please give us 48hrs to resolve your issue’ That was on 27th April! Your customer care sucks but you guys are true to your name. 48hrs has taken Forever @Forever21
