I would have never spent my hard earned money on your company’s product. Will never advice anyone to buy your products. I want my money back or the new unit. I do not want this refurbished unit. The defect is from your end. Replace my product with a new one or refund my money.

This reflects so bad on your company. Or is it that you don’t care because when I went online to check the reviews, every single person had a negative review about your customer care & how you take customers for a ride. I wish I had read the reviews before buying the product.
