@AldiUK been into one of your stores tonight at 21:40pm and despite the store trading until 22:00pm all of the chiller shutters were down. I actually needed chiller items for which i had to clamber under the shutters to find without injuring myself. I havey receipt as proof. Poor

Then when asking to speak the manager a male manager came out & when i asked why the shutters were down before trading ended he replied with attitude being very defensive asking if i managed to get what i needed. He said the shutters were on a automatic timer & they were broken

This is even worse because he was fully aware of an operational /mechanical fault and admitted to not having any signage or warning barriers arouns the area to warn the public. He has failed as a store manager to following health and safety.

@fentybeauty i love the stunna lip paint but it honestly has the worst packaging ever. It leaks everywhere inside my beauty bag and expensive handbags. So wasteful and disappointing for an expensive product.

@Ryanair so you've amended our flight dates which has caused our travel party inconvenience of no accommodation for a night and therefore the expense of having to book further accommodation to cover this. Are you going to pick up this cost? Or should we bill you for our costs?

@flannelsfashion had my order cancelled with no clear explanation. Just spoken to Jana at customer service who hung up on me. Now on hold again waiting to speak to someone else. I'm very unhappy.

@Barclaycard Currently at 1hr 45mins holding to get through. This is my 4th attempt in 2 days. Theres an issue with my transactions being restricted despite confirming them by text and speaking with someone yesterday. What is your complaints process??

@Barclaycard was on 46mins early hours this morning with no answer and on hold again now. I have a block on my card that is not allowing my transactions to go through. This is URGENT!!
