@tata_neu Exactly this is an unacceptable response. An OTA cannot do this post the booking is paid and confirmed. I have never experienced this in my 2 decades of flying domestically. And that too when there was revised fare accepted during booking flow!

What an absolute joke is @tata_neu. You book a flight, they don't share PNR for 12+ hrs>you raise issue on X>they refund citing - "airline increased prices". What did they expect with @AirIndiaX? I travel tomorrow, and now bear a loss coz @tata_neu cannot get their act together!

@airindia you made me pay INR500 for this window seat. It should've atleast have a window, it's embarrassing - the delay, the run down aircraft, the Aircon not working and this cherry on the cake! Just shameful! (PNR - T1999L)

I raised it with @SwiggyCares and they nonchalantly lied saying they ran out of stock. What's worse? They continued to offer the same free silver coin offer at a lower price of gold coin than what I paid. Real shame @harshamjty! Proofs attached!

So @Swiggy and @KalyanJewellers decided to cheat the customers on Akshaya Tritiya. Btwn 11-16 April, they offered gold coins at a rate lower of locked rate or spot rate + A SILVER COIN with a condition till stocks last, against an advance token payment!

If you locked the price, you'd have to make the purchase between 8am-12pm, or forfeit the advance. I did everything by the book - purchases at 9:12am (screenshots below) and swiggy decided they'd not deliver the silver coin!

So here's how @Swiggy forces you to buy their black subscription. They will reassign your delivery partner (who's at or near rest.), after making you wait for >30 mins, and potentially assigning the original guy to a black order. Worst dark pattern of all?

@vishalkmumbai @_7567Rex @Shaggy7979 If only you would've spent 30 secs more to read the entire post. The top spec nexon petrol costs 18.5L on road BLR and nexon EV costs 20.7L on road. Your "full blown excel formula" might need revision!

PHEVs are super expensive too, very complicated and handful of options!

@BLRAirport why does every flight that's supposed to be on T1, invariably lands on the new runway and then taxis for 15-20 mins to get to T1!! How ridiculous is this? Add to that the dreadful bus journey that takes you from one end to another just to take a U-turn!

Hey @YatraOfficial your flight reschedule journey is broken and wouldn't let me get through it after trying on app and different browser. It seems there's no way to get hold of a customer service agent either. How does one get resolution when it's urgent?
