@NYPDCommLink @MrDavidAngelo you are right ,you should let 90 legally registered pedicabs work .They have everything except electric assist.Make people encourage have license .Dont enforce them let work without electric assist.The law need to be updated ,everywhere is surrounded electiric bikes.
