A bit of a mish-mash of nature’s best! Fish is Shiny Nose (What’s its serious name, mbok?) marinaded for a couple of hours then cooked in coconut milk. It’s then accompanied by cauliflowers, marrow, green pepper and carrots... all slightly crunchy and summery!
