Why is Indian media so Delhi centric? Corporation polls get more coverage than floods in North East, violence in Bengal or stories from the South. Every issue, from JNU fees to pollution to local crime & political activity is magnified as if it is relevant to the entire country.

Darjeeling Himalayan railway supposedly runs for sightseeing. I am supposed to travel from Kurseong to Darjeeling in 05241 pnr 6709839079. It was supposed to depart at 14:45. But i am still at Kurseong and waiting for train. With sunset at 17:00, Railway has wasted my money.
