Why are HPSC screening tests for engineers, scientists, ADO-Agriculture etc. based on GK and basic maths, not domain knowledge? Even technical posts are judged on UPSC-level general studies. Make this make sense. Look into this.@cmohry @csharyana @ndtvindia @News18Haryana
