Part5:- @prakashsangam can you please help us understand what’s to be expected from @redBus_in . The number of issues ppl try to bring to your notice should explain the quality of service being offered. Kindly please help us with the issue .
Part 1: @redBus_in Bus delayed by 2 hrs on a rainy midnight, arrogant bus driver giving false information about the current status of the bus and denying my booking over call forced me to travel via Ola rentals after a 15 mins long call with the driver and customer care service.
Part4: I’m utterly shocked and surprised the way @redBus_in is handling this thing . The statements of the bus operator overturns the proof I shared and the trouble I had to go through is overlooked along with a couple of friends.
Part3 : I was on a call with the travel operator and the @redBus_in customer care service representative. I was confident about some resolution given that I had all the needed info . A couple of weeks down , I have a mail stating the issue has been resolved and my refund denied.
Part2 : I was hoping I could take up this matter with @redBus_in the next morning and I raised a ticket regarding the bus delay. I spoke to the customer care and provided him the needed details regarding the delay and info to support I was not falsely claiming above mentioned.
@redBus_in can I get some attention please ? I was promised a callback and haven’t heard from your team yet ! Can’t be checking on my tweet or missed call logs daily if I’m being helped .
@redBus_in Got an email asking to respond to a complaint I registered. Email redirects to a page which asks me to respond to the email. Automated messages about an attempt to contact are sent timely. Don’t seem to be moving anywhere with the resolution.
