@lawyerupnow That’s really disappointing you asked for a simple merge but the experience pushed you the other way. Even another Airtel user created a website out of frustration. You could try @JioCare Jio AirFiber I switched from Airtel and things have been much smoother since.

@VaNiisays Airtel’s network isn’t improving, and complaints get no response. That’s why I’ve ported my number to @JioCare. If you want good service, you should switch too. Airtel keeps launching new offers that are practically useless while ignoring customer issues
