“I am often asked why I decided to come back from the US, and the answer lies in my training as a Dexter.”
Saloni (DexSchool ‘23), a @Columbia University graduate and former @BCG consultant, returned to Bharat to commit herself to a life of purpose and service. A dedicated volunteer at Ramakrishna Math in Hyderabad, Saloni was speaking at the 133rd anniversary celebration of Swami Vivekananda’s first major public address, “My Mission to the West” delivered in Hyderabad, seven months before the historic Chicago Address. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
If you spot a Dexter catching a power nap between twenty-hour days at an @MIT lab or an @Oxford library, know this is where they learned the recharge method.
When the mission demands everything, Dexters in battle mode are trained to eat when they can, sleep when they can, and keep winning. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
In 2015, I was speaking at a local school where a 14-yr-old Abhishek was seated in the audience. Few months later, the young boy was inducted as a #DexterityToCollege fellow. Soon, Abhishek graduated from #DexSchool and was chosen as the @CollegeBoard India Scholar, securing a full scholarship for his undergraduate education. Last month, Abhishek finished his postgraduate education at @Columbia University in New York, ranked #10 in the world.
In 2024, when @DexterityGlobal received an invitation from President Biden and First Lady Biden, I took immense pride in leading Dexters like Abhishek into the @WhiteHouse. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
Dexters have a rich legacy of serving in the National Cadet Corps (NCC).
For Deetya (DexSchool ‘26), it was the reverse. Deetya was serving as a Silver Sergeant in the NCC Junior wing and her introduction to Dexterity came through her NCC Caretaker Officer (CTO) Lavanya (DexSchool ‘22).
Deetya was a unit topper in her NCC ‘A’ Certificate examination. Lavanya is now commissioned as a Second Officer with the 7(T) Girls Battalion in Telangana. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳

“would go around the world with a begging bowl and still go to DexSchool…”
When I first heard this story at DexSchool, I was moved to tears. What a powerful conversation between two scholars at two of the world’s top 10 universities! #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
Dexters are absolute assets to every institution they enter. Four years ago, Shreeya (DexSchool '22) arrived at Wellesley College in the US on a ₹2.7 crore scholarship. Last month, as she graduated, Wellesley’s President gifted her a book and wrote a special, heartfelt note.
At @Wellesley, home to Hillary Clinton, Madeleine Albright, and some of the world’s most influential women, Shreeya served as the Student Trustee, was inducted as an Albright Fellow, wrote an honors thesis on Wellesley's historic ties with India, and received several academic and leadership awards.
Shreeya was one of Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden at the White House. Accepted to both @UniOfOxford and @Harvard, Shreeya is now headed to Harvard University for her postgraduate education. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
What an incredible honour!
DexSchool Class of 2025 graduate Pavithra interviewed the Honourable Finance Minister of India (@FinMinIndia) Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman in Chennai this week. #GoDexters#Outlast 🧢🇮🇳
Three DexSchool graduates accepted their @Harvard offers this month. 12 received @IvyLeague offers. 26 were accepted to world’s top 50 universities. That is part of the #DexSchool story. India’s first and the world's foremost school of leadership and entrepreneurship for teenagers.
With the toughest training of will and skill, there are less than 1,000 DexSchool graduates in the world, and yet, they make a mark far disproportionate to their number. In a decade and a half, DexSchool has produced graduates who have won 5,000+ global competitions, led 1,000+ leadership initiatives, and received 2.75 billion in university scholarships.
For teenagers across India and Indian origin teenagers around the world, DexSchool is accepting applications for Class of 2027.
In January 2019, I was invited to speak at Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s school in Navsari, Gujarat. After my speech, a young schoolboy walked up to introduce himself. Like I have seen it happen in small towns and villages across India over the past two decades, Aman soon went on to become a Dexter.
Over the years, Aman graduated from Dexterity School of Leadership and Entrepreneurship (DexSchool), was inducted as a Dexterity to College fellow through Dexterity’s National Scholar Development Program (NSDP) and like so many Dexters, spent two years after college working at the grassroots of India as a public service fellow.
This week, Aman was accepted to the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE). Aman is the first high school graduate in his family. This is what #DexterityDifference looks like: quiet in process, generational in impact and world-class in outcomes.
@eatsurenow’s 15 min delivery is a absolute lie, and 35 min delivery is a absolute ridiculous thing. Even if the house is 5 mins aye the order won’t reach you in less then 50 mins. And the store won’t response to you. 📍 Maninagar, Ahmedabad.
I am deeply honored to be one of 12 leaders featured in @Harvard University’s ‘Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Learning’ course. Reflecting on my journey with Professors Monica Higgins and Uche Amaechi on the A608 After Hours Podcast was a truly special experience.
