वारंवार चुकीचे, तांत्रिक त्रुटींवर आधारित आणि जबरदस्तीने वसूल केले जाणारे ई-चलान आता असह्य झाले आहेत.
न्याय न देता, सुनावणीची संधी न देता, ४५ दिवसांत पैसे न भरल्यास “दोष मान्य” समजणे —
हे नैसर्गिक न्यायाच्या तत्वांविरोधात आहे.

म्हणूनच,

⚖️ आम्ही दिनांक ५ पासून शांततामय जनआंदोलनाची हाक देत आहोत.

हे आंदोलन —
•संविधानाच्या चौकटीत राहून
•कायदेशीर मार्गाने
•शांततेने आणि शिस्तबद्ध पद्धतीने

घेण्यात येईल.

4.जबरदस्तीची वसुली तात्काळ थांबवणे
5. सर्व बेकायदेशीर चलन रद्द करा

हे आंदोलन कोणत्याही व्यक्तीविरोधात नाही,
हे आंदोलन अन्यायकारक प्रक्रियेविरोधात आहे.

I would like to bring to your kind attention a serious issue of illegal collection of money at the Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Maharashtra Borders by certain RTO Officials
Such illegal actions directly contradict the national vision of transparent governance and hassle-free transport movement. Because of this harassment, transporters are left wondering how they can operate fearlessly and contribute to economic growth when unlawful demands and threats continue at state borders.
This practice not only damages public trust in the administration but also creates unnecessary financial burden and mental stress for transporters and tourists.
