OPERATION HARD BALL: The latest in this @FBI's successful mission with the interagency to crush organized crime networks.
Today with our brilliant law enforcement partners across the country - as well as in Canada, Europe, India and Mexico - we arrested 24 subjects and charged 37 individuals connected to three India-based transnational organized crime groups, with charges including racketeering, extortion, narcotics trafficking, and multiple targeted killings - including even the 2023 assassination in Canada of a prominent Indian political and religious figure.
The work of our Homeland Security Task Force and foreign partners like the RCMP in this case was truly historic, indicting 30+ subjects across multiple continents in a single op, and serves a reminder that this FBI and @TheJusticeDept will identify, pursue, and break organized crime hurting American citizens in any corner of the earth. @FBILosAngeles

MEMORANDUM TO CSIS - PROVE or REMOVE
RE: CSIS Public Statement: “On June 23, 1985, a bomb planted by Canada-based Khalistani extremists destroyed the aircraft, killing everyone on board—most of them Canadians.”
SUB: Demand to Prove or Remove the False and Defamatory CSIS Narrative Regarding Air India Flight 182
DATE:June 25, 2026
PUBLIC STATEMENT BY GURPATWANT SINGH PANNUN - General Counsel, Sikhs for Justice
The recent social media post by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) regarding the 1985 Air India Flight 182 tragedy represents a continuation of a deeply flawed and politically motivated narrative.
By publishing a single-source conclusion that mirrors New Delhi’s talking points, CSIS is shielding a foreign state apparatus from its historical role in the deaths of 329 people.
Because India cannot stop the ballot, it has resorted to desperate, violent overreach inside Canada—making the CSIS post an amplification of India’s anti-referendum agenda.
By echoing India’s 1985 historical propaganda, CSIS directly enables the Modi regime’s modern strategy of criminalizing and violently targeting peaceful proponents of Sikh self-determination.
By erasing the expulsion of Malik, Lal, and Ahluwalia, CSIS is knowingly withholding the broader geopolitical context of the bombing from the Canadian public to protect diplomatic legacies.
FINAL ULTIMATUM: PROVE OR REMOVE
CSIS cannot use its official platform to publish definitive conclusions while simultaneously hiding behind national security classification to mask its own historical compromises.
By continuing to parrot an unproven, single-source narrative, CSIS acts with legal malice to politically suppress the democratic right to self-determination.
Sikhs for Justice hereby issues its final public notice:
PROVE your claims with unredacted, judicially vetted evidence, or REMOVE the defamatory post immediately.

CANADIAN SIKH GROUP’S MEMO TO PM CARNEY DEMANDS EXPULSION OF INDIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER DINESH PATNAIK UNDER VIENNA CONVENTION
OTTAWA — Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) has submitted a formal legal memorandum to Prime Minister Mark Carney demanding the immediate expulsion of Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik and Consul General Mahaveer Singhvi under Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, citing allegations of interference in Canada’s internal affairs, attacks on Canadian national security institutions, and challenges to Canadian sovereignty.
SFJ’s memorandum states that High Commissioner Patnaik publicly described CSIS as financially and politically “compromised” and “paid” while dismissing RCMP investigations into the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar as “fantasy.”
The legal memorandum to PM Carney argues that Patnaik’s conduct constitutes a violation of Article 41 of the Vienna Convention, which prohibits diplomats from interfering in the internal affairs of the receiving state. The memorandum further states that by launching what it describes as a public media campaign against RCMP and CSIS, Patnaik directly interfered in Canada’s judicial and national security affairs.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel, stated:
“The credibility of Canadian democratic institutions cannot become collateral damage in Ottawa’s pursuit of trade normalization with India.”
“The Carney Government now faces a constitutional and diplomatic test: defend Canadian institutions or normalize their public defamation by Indian diplomats for trade agreements,” added Pannun.
According to SFJ, after facing backlash over his remarks regarding RCMP and CSIS, Patnaik is now attempting to shift responsibility onto Canadian journalism by claiming The Globe and Mail reported his remarks “out of context.”
Meanwhile in Brampton, scores of Sikhs For Justice and Khalistan Referendum activists confronted and intercepted Indian High Commissioner Dinesh Patnaik’s convoy while he was leaving an event attended by India’s trade delegation led by Minister Piyush Goyal and hosted by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce at Pearson Convention Center.
Khalistan Referendum activists led by Inderjeet Singh Gosal intercepted the Indian envoy’s convoy, shredded the Indian Tiranga, and raised slogans of: “Indian Terrorists Go Back!”
“The rally and symbolic convoy blockade were carried out in defense of Canadian sovereignty, democratic institutions, and public confidence in RCMP and CSIS against foreign state intimidation and interference,” stated Inderjeet Singh Gosal, Khalistan Referendum organizer who was recently offered witness protection by RCMP.
Patnaik’s remarks targeting RCMP, CSIS, and now Canadian journalism come at a time when approximately 150 Indian business leaders accompanying Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal are in Canada seeking expanded trade and business deals with Canadian partners.
“If Modis India perceives RCMP, CSIS, Canadian institutions, and Canadian journalism as compromised, then India should sever diplomatic and economic ties with Canada — because Canadian democratic institutions will remain long after political governments change every four years, stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice, a Canadian and American citizen and target of the Modi Government’s alleged murder-for-hire plot.
First, he insulted Canadian security agencies @rcmpgrcpolice and @CSIS, and now defames Canadian media @globeandmail for publishing “off-the-record talk” “out of context.” He forgets that it is not India’s 157th-ranked Godi media.
It is unfortunate that our ministers are appreciating him for retracting from his comments rather than questioning him in a diplomatic manner.
“I am being targeted by India for organizing the Khalistan Referendum and for leading protests exposing the Modi government’s role in the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar and ongoing transnational terrorism against Khalistan activists in Canada. Let it be clear — threats to my life will not stop me. I will continue the campaign, stronger and louder.”
