Volkswagen Virtus Test Vehicle got a minor scratch by me during a test drive on 25th September 2023. I was forced to pay 12000/- INR to Sales Executive - Navin through UPI, upfront without the invoice.

Sir who will bear the cost of damage to test drive vehicle. Can we take a test drive of @volkswagenindia cars.
