@zomatocare It is of waste got the delivery in 2 hours, food turn stale and cold. No proper customer support, no provision to cancel or refund when you are failing to deliver.
Ordered this at 9:14 PM and still waiting for my order. Delivery partner is saying he is delivering other person order.

Volkswagen Virtus Test Vehicle got a minor scratch by me during a test drive on 25th September 2023. I was forced to pay 12000/- INR to Sales Executive - Navin through UPI, upfront without the invoice.
@volkswagenindia@volkswagenindia@Piyush_Arora_ they charged me 12000 on the same night at 9 PM forcefully. I also visited there showroom but they didn't take the payment there but forcefully took the payment in near my apartment
@volkswagenindia I am chasing customer care from 2 months, but it is directionless. Showroom is claiming they have refunded 2000 of 12000 ruppes but failing to provide the proof of the same.
