It was a heartbreaking day as we bid farewell to eight colleagues from the Palestine Red Crescent ambulance team in the #Gaza Strip.
Rest in peace, heroes of humanitarian work. #NotATarget#IHL
🚨 For the seventh consecutive day, the fate of nine Palestine Red Crescent EMTs remains unknown after they were besieged and targeted by Israeli forces in Rafah. Today, Israeli authorities refused to allow a rescue team to enter the Tel Al-Sultan area to search for the missing crew members.
⭕️We condemn Israel’s deliberate obstruction of search efforts and hold it fully responsible for the lives of our team members. Initial reports from the crew at the time of the incident confirmed they came under heavy gunfire from Israeli forces, resulting in multiple injuries.
📢We call on the international community to pressure Israeli authorities to reveal the fate of the missing teams. We also urge the international community and signatories of the Geneva Conventions to take urgent and concrete steps to ensure the protection of medical personnel.

Even if the head of Hamas is right there…
If he’s surrounded by 100 children, you don’t bomb them all just to get to him
It’s that simple
And yet world leaders will stay silent or even defend this
People have lost their God damn minds.
I am outraged by the Israeli airstrikes in Gaza.
I strongly appeal for the ceasefire to be respected, for unimpeded humanitarian assistance to be reestablished and for the remaining hostages to be released unconditionally.
We have failed Palestine
The failure of a world that left a people’s occupied for generations, failed to recognise the state of Palestine and condemned them to constant cycles of violence.
Horrific news emerging of Israel killing over100 children in its latest attack on Gaza 💔
@MsJoBillington Forget parenting social norms or what I like to call '1980s parenting'. Do what works for you and your child/children. Keep 'does it really matter?' in mind. Also, creating predictability is key to a calmer life.
Even after a ceasefire, ‘children in Gaza will continue to die from malnutrition’, says Louisa Baxter, a doctor working for Save the Children in Gaza.
She’s currently stationed in Deir al Balah in central Gaza.
Dr. Abu Safiya is among hundreds of Palestinian health workers who have been arbitrarily detained or forcibly disappeared by Israeli forces. Israeli authorities must disclose his whereabouts and ensure his protection from torture and coercion. https://t.co/qkTszRBlmB
Ceasefire announcement and amid the scramble to take ‘credit’, there’re reports of intense Israeli bombings in Gaza City with at least 20 killed plus another journo massacred in a direct Israeli strike on his vehicle
