One Language, One Script From Dandbose to New Delhi

We warmly welcome Hon'ble President Smt. Droupadi Murmu and Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Dandbosh, the sacred birthplace of Guru Gomke Pandit Raghunath Murmu, the inventor of the Ol Chiki script.
From this historic land, we urge the Government of India to make an official declaration ensuring that Ol Chiki is used for teaching Santali in all CBSE schools and educational materials under NCERT and CBSE.

We welcome and appreciate the opening of the IGNOU Centre at #Rairangpur #Mayubhanj #Odisha —a significant step towards expanding higher education access in tribal and rural Mayurbhanj.
However, this initiative will remain incomplete unless Distance Education programmes for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in tribal languages are introduced—especially in #Santali . For first-generation learners, working youth, and rural students, UG & PG courses in Santali are not a choice but a necessity.
We sincerely hope the centre grows beyond infrastructure and becomes a true academic gateway, empowering local language education and inclusive learning.
