@ed3nCS @csfloatcom The only scenario where you can end up with ban is if you sold a skin on csfloat, 3 days passed and like you said, got account scammed and the scammer does the reverse for you. But even that I think you need to confirm the reverse on steam guard also. Correct me if I'm wrong

@ed3nCS @csfloatcom In my logic, if you're the person dealing with cs skins and third party sites, there is close to 0 chances that you end up losing skins like that. Account lost yes, but not items. You can't remove old steam guard device without confirming change on the old phone
