Find better men that will train on the mats and around a Bible with you.
Then, attempt to be at lest half as good as them.
Your life will absolutely be more painfull..
But you'll be better for it.

Is the CREC (along with all other non-mainline denominations) guilty of the sin of SCHISM?
Should all the Presbyterians give up there schismatic ways & Reconquista the PCUSA?
I’m very excited to host this debate between @douglaswils & @redeemed_zoomer on this issue.
Friday @ 4PM CT!
"God's faithless means that He will never let you go. It means that throughout your entire life - in every sorrow, every disappointment, and every valley of deep darkness - He is working out his perfect plan to conform you to the image of His Son. He has pledged Himself to your ultimate good, and He will not rest until He has brought you safely into His presence. You can trust Him when you cannot trace Him."
-J.I. Packer, Knowing God
Two days ago I was 100% sure Mormons weren't Christians, but through reading their comments and looking deeper into Mormonism, I've changed my mind.
I'm now 1,000% sure Mormons aren't Christians.
"Being a sinner-saint doesn't mean that I cease to be a sinner. Rather, it means that--as a repentant and believing sinner--the sins I commit no longer DEFINE me. The word of the law no longer has the power to condemn because God speaks a truer and more lasting word over me; the word of the gospel.
While the law is penultimate, the gospel is ultimate. I am redeemed, beloved, and forgiven. In Christ, my sins are washed away and I am filled to the brim with his righeousness. Because of the finished work of Jesus on my behalf, God declares me a saint, and when God's performative word declares something to be true, it is true.
It's not just a theory. It's not just an opinion. It's not a convenient fiction. His Word is a reality-creating Word, and the new reality is that 'I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.' (Gal 2:20)
Despite all evidence to the contrary, the wonderful news about the simul [simultaneously sinner and saint], is that my inner sinner is no longer my primary identity. God makes me a saint. He sees me as a saint. And he treats me as a saint. This new identity is based not on my works but upon Jesus' life, death, and resurrection, received by faith.
The condemning voice of the law no longer has authority to pound the gavel and render the verdict, because the gospel tells me something else. It directs my spiritual gaze away from myself and upwards toward the God who saves: 'When Satan tempts me to despair and tells me of the guilt within, upward I look and see him there, who put an end to all my sin.'
-Luke Kjolhaug
So it’s ok for you to publicly have your statement here on X but not others 😂
The minute they made their murder PUBLIC is the moment the public could respond.
All of you condemning a couple for aborting their unborn Down syndrome baby. Whether you agree or not, it’s THEIR choice, THEIR decision. Mind your own business.
Unless this is swiftly corrected and condemned, how anyone could submit to this teaching biblically, historically, or with any consistency from church councils?
Do you think that non-denominationalism + a more robust confessional statement than is normal in that world + a network of likeminded churches working together is more positioned to navigate the future of evangelicalism in America (and the west broadly) than denominations.
How the average person seems to understand "separation of church and state" shows us simultaneously both the power of public education and one of its greatest failures.
@DaveWhiskerz@TaylorRMarshall I didn't attack the Catholic faith. Maybe put the pre-loaded angry responses down for a second? lol. Seriously man, consider who is being angry here.
