Joined twitter to support #Batb. Since it sadly ended, back to reading books & dedicating my time on important world issues, human rights & holistic lifestyle🌹
Yesterday I wrote a piece about Elon Musk for @ObserverUK, a free speech warrior so committed to the cause he serially sues his critics for libel. Today he responds to an untrue tweet about my own libel case.

Badenoch is launching her ‘renewal’ leadership bid today by calling Labour ‘clueless, irresponsible and dishonest.’
Because nothing shouts ‘renewal’ more than an ex-minister from the most clueless, irresponsible and dishonest govt of our lives slagging off the voters’ choice.
I feel Daniel Hannan is getting a lot of unfair press at the moment so here's something to balance it out, showing his keen mind and expertise in political analysis.
8 years on… and a Johnson peerage later… this smear of smug is as wrong as he ever was… and just as determined to strut around like some imperial overlord making a total tit of himself. And of course, the Torygraph is happy to let him.
I don't really know who he is, other than a 'mate' of other people who've been shoved out by GB News 🤷🏼♀️
But he's choosing to be an immigrant in another land!
Funny how things turn out
Life is endless, so we never die; we were never really born. We pass through different phases, different dimensions, multiple lifetimes. There is no end. We are souls, not bodies, and we reincarnate to understand the fundamental truth of unconditional love. Only love is real.
@BestForBritain@sturdyAlex@BoardofDeputies McVey’s excessive vanity is matched only by her stupidity.
The original post was a huge red flag of nasty, showy ignorance.
The sorry-if-you’re-offended-but-that’s-your-problem follow-up is the arrogant little head toss as she admires herself in the mirror.
Staggeringly charmless
The Daily Mail is foaming at the mouth about Starmer moving a portrait - so the Today Programme just read out the headline & ran a whole feature on it.
Can we please stop letting these papers set the news agenda? Let them howl into the void if they must, but don't run after them
The soundtrack to our lives has been the Daily Mail, The Times and other Tory fanrags honking out their prejudices and nostalgia-soaked sense of entitlement. Now that the country has voted to reject that, it would be bloody great if they could turn the volume down. Or off.
@mrjamesob Good to know that McVey endorses Jenrick and launched his campaign so we can expect a public statement from him (as a wannabe party leader) as to how he disapproves of her wholly inappropriate post… any minute now… really… any minute… now…
McVey is now doubling down. And she’ll be loving the attention rather than feeling ashamed. We’ve had 14years of this shit. Obnoxious ignorance thinking it’s got a point. No wonder they failed at everything. Too unpleasant to think or care or, god forbid, apologise. Hideous.
@Samfr Imagine how it felt as a constituent. Particularly when we knew the Libdem campaign had been dishonest about tactical voting in Tatton. Gutting. And still is. Every time we are made aware of her.
We can be pleased that Labour have done some good things since being in power and are an improvement on the Tories…
We can also be bitterly disappointed that they lack the balls to tax the uber rich
Don’t forget who you’re supposed to fight for @UKLabour
We won’t.
Starmer is not betraying Brexit, he is trying to improve an absolute shit show that has blown a multi billion pound hole in our GDP, divided our society beyond imagination, and made Britain an object of pity and ridicule the world over. He can go to Berlin every week in my view.
‘Betraying Brexit’
What a moronic mantra.
What does it even mean?
Having a functioning relationship with our own continent?
Not being diplomatically incontinent?
Finding ways to collaborate and improve travel and trade?
Great
Brexit betrayed us
V happy to betray it right back.
Tories howling about Starmer’s speech today. But of course. This is the debt to the truth being called in. The light being shone on the grim reality of 14yrs of Tory failure… the profound damage they’ve done…
And, as ever, the Tories are refusing to accept any responsibility.
A few weeks into a Labour govt and, despite the kicking the Tories got, they’re straight out of the blocks moralising, boasting and rewriting history
Just no
They were the most corrupt, dishonest, vicious and useless govt of our lives.
They need to sit it out a good while longer.
