@airindiain I booked flight from MAA-YYZ on the day AirIndia opened bookings (15th August 2020) and the flight that was displaying is AI554 & AI0187, but AI554 is not in your feeder flights list. the feeder flight list was published after the tickets were booked. What should I do now?

I spoke to one of your representative in call center just 5 mins back and they advised that COVID test is not mandatory, also, there is no information on your website on this. Travel is on 7th Sept and there is no clear information on what needs to be done. Please help.

@goibibo @HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI Rerouted a day before travel, Less time so couldn’t get the transit visa for US, hence had to cancel the ticket. I have been following with @goibibo since then for a refund. 5 months has passed until today and thus no proper update on the refund

@goibibo @HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI emails doesn’t get responsed, calls doesn’t get connected and even my DM to the team of @goibibo, they asked for the ticket details and after that no response. I am unsure on how to take it further from here. Money is one important source at this.
