This inspiring graphic is about adults, particularly educators, supporting young people to build their sense of power. The same principles apply at work. When leaders "empower" their teams, the leaders determine who they give power to, which reinforces the sense of hierarchy. The leaders can take the power back at any time. Much better to support team members to build their own power. Thank you @kwiens62

Leadership lessons from farmers 🚜

Stop shouting at and mistreating the crops. Its pointless!

Instead nurture, fertilise and irrigate them.

Throwing 💩 on them just won’t work!
