@HamleysOfficial so disappointed with the lack of customer service received from @HamleysOfficial . We are meant to be going to Santa’s grotto tomorrow but never received tickets we have called @HamleysOfficial and e mailed on 6 time over two weeks. Yet have received nothing.

@marksandspencer I was very disappointed today when picking up my preordered Christmas items and seeing they all expire on the 26th December even the vegetarian food. It only seems to happen at Christmas and is not acceptable at these prices.
