@johnredwood Some companies are not in a water stressed area. They dont need to reduced leakage at the moment. So reducing leakage just diverts attention! from other things in those areas which are more important.

Could low level UV irradiation blood treatment provide a reprieve for otherwise terminal patients? They were doing it in 1940. Do the science. We currently have nothing!
