Wait, I thought Zionists were racist, so how come these “racists” are giving parliamentary seats to Arabs and Muslims, who, in turn, came out to vote? Some villages hit 90% turnout.

They democratically participated and voted in a Zionist democratic system they believe in?

Arabs now hold about 14% of Israel’s parliament. Muslim MPs hold about 4% of Britain’s. Odd kind of apartheid, where the “oppressed” vote harder than London does.

آری، من به اسطوره‌های ایرانی باور دارم؛ به داستان قهرمانان شاهنامه، به ریشه‌های کهن فرهنگمان و به میراثی که قرن‌هاست مایه افتخار ملی ایرانیان است. و من تنها نیستم؛ میلیون‌ها ایرانی گرد همین هویت ملی گرد آمده‌اند تا حتی به بهای خون خود، نام شاهزاده را فریاد بزنند.

چرا نام او همان نامی بود که میلیون‌ها بار در خیابان‌های ایران طنین انداخت؟ چرا در واپسین لحظات زندگی، برخی از هم‌میهنانم نام او را با خون خود بر دیوارهای سرزمینم نوشتند؟

زیرا برای میلیون‌ها ایرانی، او نماد امید، بازگشت به هویت ملی و رهایی ایران است؛ نمادی که در اسطوره‌های کهن ما ریشه دارد.

او فریدونِ شاهنامه ماست؛ آن‌گاه که کاوه‌های آهنگر، با درفش آزادی‌خواهی، برای بازگشت او به تخت برمی‌خیزند تا ضحاک را دربند کنند و ایران را از بند اسارت آزاد سازند.

او آخرین پرِ سیمرغ ماست؛ نشانی از امید، خرد و رهایی در روزگاری که ایران در چنگال تاریکی گرفتار شده است.

ما میلیون‌ها ایرانی به اسطوره‌ها، تاریخ و هویت ملی خود می‌بالیم. این ریشه‌ها نه مایه شرمساری، بلکه سرچشمه غرور و ایستادگی ما هستند.

If anyone believes this nonsense, here are the facts he is counting on you not knowing.

The deal did not end Iran's nuclear program. It rented a pause. Iran kept its centrifuges, kept Fordow buried in a mountain, kept enriching to 3.67%, and the key restrictions came with expiration dates. The sunset clauses began lifting in 2025. Obama's own answer at the time was that breakout time "would have shrunk almost down to zero" as the deal expired. His deal scheduled the problem for his successors.

The regime lied its way into the deal. The JCPOA was premised on Iran coming clean about past weapons work. In 2018 Israel pulled Iran's own nuclear archive out of a Tehran warehouse: tens of thousands of documents on the Amad Project, a crash program to build nuclear weapons, preserved and hidden while Iran certified it had no such program. The IAEA later found uranium traces at undeclared sites Iran never explained.

The deal paid for terror. Sanctions relief unfroze roughly $100 billion and the US delivered $1.7 billion in cash. That money flowed to the IRGC, Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis. Diplomacy with a regime at war with you is financing, not peace.

And the result? By 2025 Iran was enriching to 60%, a short technical step from weapons grade, with enough material for multiple bombs and the IAEA declaring it in violation of its obligations. That is what required military force this year. Iran marched to the threshold under the deal's cover and after it.

"I didn't have to fire a missile" is true. He handed the regime money, legitimacy, and a timetable, and left the missiles to be fired a decade later by someone else. Appeasing a dictatorship doesn't buy peace. It buys the dictatorship time.

Not as Iran began enriching uranium in centrifuges in its highly fortified underground Fordow facility for the first time.

Not as Iran threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz.

Not as IRGC-Navy fast attack craft routinely harassed American Navy vessels and commercial traffic in and around the Persian Gulf.

Not as Iran tested medium range ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear payloads with genocidal phrases against Israel written in Hebrew.

Not as Iran continued to work on space launch vehicles with the ultimate goal of developing longer-range strike platforms that could one day threaten the European continent and the US homeland.

Not as Iran beefed up its drone program.

Not as the regime successfully co-opted the Houthis in Yemen and began to provide them with material support as the group entered the Axis of Resistance.

Not as the Islamic Republic backed Assad’s slaughter of Syrians to the hilt and intervened decisively, later along with Russia, in that theater and created a security and humanitarian catastrophe I the Middle East and refugee crises that has thrown a massive curveball into European politics and demographics.

And last but certainly not least, not as Iranians whose calls for support you ignored during the Green Movement were killed, arrested, beaten, and tortured.
