Today we had a stall at the main entrance of the General Hospital (@UHSFT) to talk to patients, staff and families about #WorldReligionDay.
We had some really eye-opening discussions and even got to share some information about what our @ChaplainsUHS team can support with!
In our latest blog, @chaplain_Sue, shares reflections on how working alongside colleagues from different faiths and beliefs has shaped her understanding, and the important role spirituality plays at UHS. 💙 🏥

"For children in Gaza, there is nowhere safe left to go. There need to be an immediate end to the killing and maiming of children."
Actor and Unicef goodwill ambassador Liam Neeson has shared a video on five things children in Gaza need most, highlighting the current conditions thousands of children in Gaza are facing.
According to the Palestinian health ministry, over 30,000 people have been killed by Israeli attacks since the assault began in October, of which around 12,550 are children and about 8,000 are women.
The chapel will be closed from 12 February until 8 March for refurbishment. During this time the MacMillan Centre will be available to staff and patients for quiet reflection. The Spiritual Care Team will continue to support patients and staff.
