Salvete omnes! Keep your eyes peeled on March 8th for a new Latin podcast we are debuting called Rem Tene! It will be targeted for novice and intermediate learners utilizing core tenets of SLA Theory with a focus on comprehensibility and compelling content!
A problem in education is teachers are the front line on mental health, family, poverty issues and so much more. The idea that teachers just 'teach' is over. The line between teaching and social work, or mental health is blurring. Yet teachers cannot solve societal issues.
A lot of academics are getting upset that Twitter might be disappearing as we know it. A robust source of networking will fall away. Let's acknowledge how much this shows that conferences alone are not enough.
With Twitter's change in ownership last week, I'm probably in the clear to talk about the most unethical thing I was asked to build while working at Twitter.
