They've spent a lot of money on consultations and planning, but no new highways or spas or science centers or renovated airports have been delivered.
They've torn down more than they will ever build.

@arjunssidhu @RM_Transit @reiaposting Service levels. Vancouver (and Toronto) operate at much higher frequencies than the L, which regularly has 10-15 minute gaps all day. It’s caused overcrowding and pushed people away from transit.
