What are some common themes that all living things share? @mcelroy23 #sisrocks

[Mark McElroy @mcelroy23]

Hey…check out the following human rights video. Please RT… #sishum http://t.co/Zh4CeLqsF3 @takingitglobal please comment

RT @tgalvez: RT @sciammind: Climate change "deniers" and "skeptics": What's the difference? http://t.co/LS7intU6ns #acstok #acsgeo #sisrocks

@KC5101 We all think that's a pretty good answer!! Agreed

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@KC5101 We think it's close to 9 monthsbut still unsure. Let us know what others think. Thanks! from the 11th graders.

What might be some uses of DNA profiling? Are there ethical concerns with DNA profiling? #sisrocks #ibbio

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

How does crossing over allow for genetic recombinations and more genetic diversity? Let's try the meiosis dance...

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@KC5101 @MrsHuiet Here's a chart that might help… Computers use this code.

This might be a good start for bookmarking with #diigo. @VRobins1 #sisrocks http://t.co/nEircUvN

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@j0hnburns We will go through #DCP and then show off the trends

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@j0hnburns We forgot to mention you last tweet but now we have mentioned you

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

We knew you would be! Plant with bigger leaves (right) clearly produces way more oxygen bubbles. Trying to display data and "explain" why.

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

Predictions? Which plant will see a greater change of photosynthetic rate as light intensity is increased? #sisrocks

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@hanying0923 great answer! It is possible to have different answers. Measure how big the paramecium (middle pic) is with a ruler.

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@JenniferWhetter From the pic I'm looking at, I get 225X magnification.

Do you (Class) believe that it's possible that we are both right?

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

Hey there! Tomorrow will be a micro lesson #sisrocks

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

Article that makes you think about the size of things! What is the magnification in the picture?

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@kritig6 So what type of advancements were made to the microscope? How did that help our understanding of the cell theory?

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@14jp01 That's a fantastic question. Let's try figuring out what the magnification is. How would we go about doing this?

[SIS IB Bio 2014 @sisbio14]

@kiizuka827 awesome response. See you in class tomorrow
