Don't let it control you, take a deep breath and find a safe space. Someone unknown, a neutral party with no connection to you. That sees you as someone without any labels or history attached. That fills the blank of the definition of you based on your story not history.

But perhaps, those questions and assumptions are voiced out by that devil inside you. To silence you and control you. To own you under its foul thoughts and to hinder you from seeking help.

They'd say it's such a petty thoughts. They'd belittle you. They'd be all over you and conclude how vain you are. And at the end you keep it to yourself because it is easier to push it all in than being at risk for not being understood but judged.

At some point, that other voice can supressed the wild thoughts. Well, at most points... the wild thoughts succeed and there's not much can be done. The thought of sharing it to other people scares us the most. Questions and assumptions started to appear.

The devil in us is real, I recognize it as our ego. It speaks things that taunts you, that angers you and that alienates you from the world. It makes sense for that second. For some people, it silence another voice that shares a different perspective.

I gave up explaining because sometimrs it is beyomd my owm understanding, and I don't even know the answer I'm seeking. Then, I stopped talking about it and just let it win over me.
