One of the awesome engineers from @stripe Nir Padmanabhan wrote an awesome guest post on the @temporalio blog. Really demonstrates the value of Temporal for distributed services and IOT:

Temporal workflows are a great abstraction for handling machine-human-machine loops.
1) Person A does something
2) Person B has X minutes to do something, otherwise Y happens
Most backend apps do this. @temporalio makes it easier.

Temporal feels like the future of backend dev. I'm taking the time to learn about Temporal, and I think you should too 👆

We constantly get questions about the performance of @temporalio. @MikhailShilkov recently built Maru as the first step in answering some of these questions. Yesterday @elmanu released a post with real performance data. It's great.

It's a great resource for those looking to learn more about the design of Temporal.
.@temporalio is a collection of the most practical answers to the thousands of tradeoffs and challenges you encounter when building distributed systems.
There's no magic, just a lot of good generically good choices.
The more I am working with @temporalio the more I believe it is going to accelerate the k8s ecosystem similarly how @djangoproject/@rails accelerated web. Excellent work by @samarabbas77 and @mfateev
A good friend of mine collaborated with us @temporalio recently with great success! Read about the awesome tool he’s building to test and size Temporal clusters.
