$CIFR signed a 15-year, $6B lease with $AMZN to deliver 300MW of AI capacity starting in 2026 & formed a new JV to build Colchis, a 1GW West Texas campus with 95% ownership.

$TSM just reported Q3 results and it’s nothing other than fascinating.

- Revenue grew 30% YoY
- Earnings grew over 39%
- Net margin reached 45%

It’s expanding market share in all segments.

It has 20-40% better yields in 2nm process than Samsung and it’s targeting 1nm process by 2030.

It’s currently trading at around 23-25 forward earnings, which makes it one of the cheapest monopolies with one of the highest growth potential ahead.
