Extremely disappointed with @urbancompany_UC worst ever service. They charge from customer and professionals never come if you book after 5 PM. @JaagoRe @jagograhakjago despite raising complaints on several occasions, there has been no improvement.

@urbancompany_UC This has hpnd multiple times-especially for bookings after 5 PM. Today my 5:15 PM booking was cancelled with a false excuse, I rescheduled twice, and still NO ONE showed up! Customer care is useless, and repeated complaints bring no action.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding additional handling fee that was charged on my recent Dining booking. While booking  nowhere during the process was it clearly mentioned that a separate handling fee would be charged or the amount. @zomato @deepigoyal @zomatocare

All customers are not same and this 500 can be excess of customers, in my case I would have not booked given the fact 500 was mentioned and in total it does not give 50% off. This is unfair billing

It is not fair billing practice. I have attached screenshots of the booking flow, which clearly show that no amount fee is mentioned at the time of booking.
I request you to:
Review this issue.
Refund the handling fee charged for this booking. @deepigoyal

I was charged 500 while paying bill. I would have not opted for booking if 500 would have mentioned. As a customer, I believe all mandatory charges should be transparently disclosed before confirming the booking. Hidden or undisclosed charges negatively impact customer trust

Population based reservation will not change state rather it will give complexity without provision for need based reservation policy on income and employment.
