@deandmx Hi there, unfortunately, this isn't possible at this time. I'll make sure the team are aware of your interest in this as a suggestion for the future! - James
@VisilianS Hi Sorin! It isn't possible to split projects into different areas at this time. I don't know if this is something we'll be able to add but I will add this as a point of feedback for the team to consider for the future! - James
@mikey_durbs However, please be aware that this use case isn't fully supported at this time. I shall pass this on to the rest of the team as a point of feedback. Don't hesitate to let us know via [email protected] if you have any questions! - James 2/2
@mikey_durbs Hi Mike, thanks for contacting us. The only way to do this would be to share a Site Audit Pro Cloud account, although this requires that both you and your teammate are using Site Audit Pro on iOS devices. 1/2
@poolace5 Hi Jeff, thanks for contacting us. It isn't possible to send all projects within a folder at once - this can only be done on a per-report basis. I'll pass this as a point of feedback to the team, although I'm unable to guarantee if it's something we can implement! - James
@AnthonyHi88 2/2 The second is to remove your account from the Outlook app and then add it back again, which should refresh everything. If your email still doesn't send after that, it'll be best to contact the Outlook team as they should have better suggestions than we can offer. - James
@AnthonyHi88 1/2 Hi Anthony, as this is an Outlook error, our knowledge on this will be limited. However, based on some of our own personal experiences, there are two things to try that may help here. The first is to open the Outlook app, let it sync and then try to send your email again.
@puppeto Hi there, thanks for contacting us. We've been working on the update to Android over this past year and, unfortunately, we ran into some unexpected delays. We don't have a new release plan yet but hopefully we'll have more news to offer on this in the next few months. - James
@JL19393021 Hi Jamie, thanks for your message. Site Audit Pro is more of snagging tool so it doesn't make use of a pre-set list of questions. Whilst you could use it to capture this sort of info, you'd need to add each question as you go which isn't the best of solutions! - James
@bodgerjohnny However, these photos will be of a smaller resolution than the original images so this may not be viable option if you require the original resolution. I'm sorry I can't offer a better option here. Let me know if you have any questions. - James
@bodgerjohnny Hi John, apologies for the delayed response. The only way it's possible to extract the photos would be to include them in a CSV export (select "Share Report" > Click the CSV tab then tick the box that appears beneath). The photos would be included in the .ZIP file this creates.
@jontechilovsky Hi Jon, thanks for getting in touch. We don't have a specific launch date for the Cloud service on Android yet. We've been working on it for a while and I hope we'll have more news to offer soon, although I now don't expect to see it become available until next year. - James
@jerzyd Thank you for this, I shall pass this point on to the team! I'm unable to say if it's something we can or will add, but it'll certainly be considered for the future! Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further suggestions you'd like us to look into. - James
@evanspete Hi Peter, thanks for contacting us. I apologise for this. We haven't seen issues with iOS 16 yet. To start with, please can you try removing and then re-adding your email account from your device. This can sometimes resolve email issues. Please let me know what you find - James
@Christi08670213 I'm sorry I can't offer better news here. For now, each member of staff would need to manually enter the template into their own copies of the app. I'll pass this on as a point of feedback. - James 2/2
@Christi08670213 Hi Christian, thanks for contacting us. The ZIP file you mention sounds like it's the CSV export. This format can be opened in a variety of software, but not Site Audit Pro itself. There is currently no way to import any pre-built projects or templates into Site Audit Pro. 1/2
@hkirkby69 Hi Hayley, thanks for contacting us. We aren't aware of any issues that would cause this. If your partner can email us directly via [email protected] (instead of from the app), we can take a closer look and hopefully get it working properly again. - James
@Juicedbruh Hi there, this type of situation is down to the email service itself rather than Site Audit Pro so it's out of our direct control. One thing to try which can sometimes help is to remove your email account from your device and then add it back as this can refresh things - James
